Welcome to Tokyo Lifestyle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Tokyo Lifestyle Co. Ltd. ("Tokyo Lifestyle," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing tokyolifestyle.online (the "Site") or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site immediately.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Tokyo Lifestyle is a premium lifestyle brand operated by Tokyo Lifestyle Co. Ltd., a company duly registered and operating under the laws of Bangladesh, with its principal place of business in Sylhet.
We reserve the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make purchases through our Site.
Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, imagery, and pricing, we do not warrant that such information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or withdraw products from sale at any time—including after an order has been placed—without prior notice or liability.
Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. ORDERS, PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Offer to Purchase: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tokyo Lifestyle.
Payment Authorization: By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that all payment details provided are accurate. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the product(s).
5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, incorporated herein by reference, governs the terms and timelines for product fulfillment. We endeavor to dispatch orders within 48 hours of confirmation, with delivery typically occurring within 2–10 business days depending on your location within Bangladesh.
Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product(s) to the designated carrier.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms, sets forth the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the stated policy requirements.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Site—is the exclusive property of Tokyo Lifestyle or its licensors and is protected by Bangladeshi and international intellectual property laws.

You agree to use the Site in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. In accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Security Act and Digital Commerce Guidelines, you shall not:

- Publish material that is harmful to minors, promotes violence, or incites hatred;
- Undermine the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of Bangladesh, or disturb public order and social harmony;
- Insult or denigrate national symbols, figures, the liberation war, the national anthem, or the flag of Bangladesh;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Transmit patently false, misleading, or malicious information;
- Engage in fraudulent activity, hacking, or any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Site's operation.
Enforcement: We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate your account and to report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities without prior notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Tokyo Lifestyle. We provide these links solely for your convenience and do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES & PRICING
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

- Change product specifications, descriptions, or pricing;
- Limit quantities available for purchase.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
11. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NO GUARANTEE: We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOKYO LIFESTYLE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangladesh.
14. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tokyo Lifestyle regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
