Inside Dhaka

- Delivery Charge: ৳70
Outside Dhaka
- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

SHIPPING PROCESS
Order Processing
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier services including Pathao, Redx, SA Paribahan, and Sundarban Courier to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You may also contact us directly for updates on your shipment status.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please note this with the courier and contact us immediately at support@tokyolifestyle.online.

While we make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, please note that delivery may be delayed due to:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Tokyo Lifestyle ships exclusively within Bangladesh. We do not offer international shipping services.
